Very nice, unique pedestal bowl or plate I am not sure what the metal is could be stainless or pewter, it feels like you could bend it, that's why I am leaning towards pewter.
It does have some small, faint white marks, see last picture there are some on the top and underside. I am not sure what to use to clean so I am leaving it as is. Would look great with a pillar candle and some rocks or tumbled glass around it.
Measures 6 3/8" tall
9 1/2" diameter on the top
4 1/2" diameter on the bottom.
