From the Lens to the Lathe
My journey began behind the camera. For 25 years, I earned my living through photography—capturing the high-octane precision of the automotive industry, the raw energy of the music world, and the soulful character of animals. Photography taught me how to see: to notice the curve of a metal hasp, the depth of a wood grain, and the stories hidden in the shadows. What began as a way to support my creative drive between shoots has evolved into my life’s work.

A 4th Generation Heritage
I don’t just refinish furniture; I preserve a legacy. I am a 4th generation antique restorer, taught the traditional secrets of the craft at a young age by my mother, who learned from her father and grandfather before her. In an era of mass-produced disposability, I carry forward a century of family expertise. For over 2 decades, I have worked full-time in antique restoration, design, and upholstery, specializing in the "Golden Age of Travel."

The Signature Angelina Nikon Restoration
My specialty lies in the meticulous restoration of 19th-century steamer trunks. I focus on the details that matter: rare embossed tin, hand-buffed hardware, and my signature sanded, odor-free interiors, when possible. Whether I am curating an arch-top treasure chest or finding an obscure piece of furniture for a Grandpa Chic study, my mission is to bridge the gap between historical integrity and modern luxury. If I’m not creating, I’m not happy—and nothing makes me happier than seeing a storied relic find its next home.
