This black Antique Steamer Trunk is a refinished or refurbished antique trunk in black shabby. It’s a vintage refinish, or so it would appear. Oak slats are refinished in walnut, and wax topped, black tin body has a punctures and marks throughout. new, custom black leather handles, and handle covers, no key for this antique trunk chest.
Interior of this antique trunk has been stripped and sanded, and awaits your finishing touches, though it is useable, just the way it is.
These antique steamer trunks, have endless uses, from record album storage, to an entry way storage bench, foot of the bed storage, blanket chest.
