This is a photo frame Picture frame is made from a recycled tire, to create a custom round hanging picture frame. Tire has been embellished with nickel plated studs and has plexiglass.
Inside diameter is 19", outside diameter is 25 1/2" and is " thick. Best suited for a 19"-20" print, or a matted smaller size print.
