Refinished Antique Steamer Trunk, Metallic Brown Travel Chest, Storage
This brown metallic antique trunk is a beautiful, mid sized, arch top, antique steamer trunk, vintage trunk chest. This was once a travel trunk, and it's now ready to be your treasure chest, or vintage storage trunk!
Suitable for dog food storage, record storage, shoe storage, blanket storage, great for any kind of living room storage, Bedroom storage, or even Entryway storage!
This medium sized, antique steamer trunk is a newly refinished trunk, or refurbished trunk. The wood slats on this vintage trunk chest are stained in walnut stain, and coated with polyurethane. The body of this antique trunk, is covered in tin and refinished in a deep metallic brown reminder of trunk’s body are in blacks and aged blacks. Hardware, on this Vintage Trunk Chest has been buffed bright. New, custom faux leather black handles. One handle cover is missing some metal, because it’s painted black, it doesn’t show very much, see photos. Note: I never recommend using any of the handles, on any vintage steamer trunk, ones installed by me, or anyone else for that matter.

Interior of this vintage trunk chest is stripped and sanded, and torched. These old trunks make a great keepsake gift, as do the Coffee Table Trunks,
