This spectacular, antique steamer trunk, vintage chest. What was once a vintage travel trunk or antique travel chest, is now ready to be your treasure chest. This vintage storage trunk is a super stylish, space saving storage solution.
This antique trunk is covered in a beautiful embossed tin, and has been refinished/refurbished inside and out.
the body of the trunk has been done in several shades of browns and blacks. Embossings and hardware have been buffed bright. oak slats are done in walnut, and coated with polyurethane. New, custom brown leather handles, no key.

The interior of this antique chest trunk, has been stripped and sanded and awaits your finishing touches, though it’s useable just the way it is. These old trunks also make great keepsake gifts, wedding gifts, anniversary gifts, and you could decoupage photo copies of old photos, family recipe, children’s art, love letters, etc.
the interior can also be done by me, for an extra charge.
