This antique trunk is a spectacular, medium sized steamer trunk, or vintage chest, steam trunk likely from the late 1800's Formerly a Travel Trunk, it’s now ready to be your treasure chest or storage chest! This is a refurbished antique trunk, or refinished antique chest.
The wood slats, on this antique trunk have been stained in walnut, and topped with polyurethane. The remainder of the body, on this vintage trunk chest has cross hatch tin, which has been buffed bright along with the hardware. This style tin, to me, screams automotive enthusiast, and could make a great gift for him on his birthday, or a gift for him on Christmas.

Interior of this vintage trunk chest is stripped and sanded, and ready for your finishing touches. These old trunks are a great keepsake gift, add decoupage, of photo copies of family photos, old love letters, sheet music, family recipes, children’s art, etc. it’s a blank canvas!
